Location convenient to central Cologne. Room was quiet (on the backside of the building). Parking was convenient but not inexpensive.

Great value for the apartment and the facilities it includes, as well as the large supermarket 2 mins around the corner. Nice area that is easy to get to.

Spacious, comfy room and friendly staff. Fresh hot coffee, milk, and cocoa near the reception area. Cosy place. Room privacy. Everything you need is there. Lots of shelves to put your stuff.

Location is really good, right at the center of Koeln and at the same time easy to reach by car and there's (usually) not much traffic around. The rooms are big, comfortable and with most of the basics already covered. The staff at the reception were very helpful with instructions and spoke all languages (English, German, French, and more!). Beds were super comfy and soundproofing was solid, you can't really hear anything from your room.

Amazing and helpful welcoming Staff. Central location easy access to main centre and convenient transportation connections to go anywhere. 24 hour coffee Machine, best for coffee person.

The apartment was very cosy and comfortable, and had everything we needed. We also cooked sometimes and kitchen was great to have. Good control of the heating, easy access to the old town, river and Christmas market. Also the free coffee/choco/tea plus biscuits was great, including some extra snacks on New Year's Eve for instance. Thanks to this we were able to spend quality time at the hotel when it got dark and cold outside.

Almost everything about the hotel was good. The location was great too. It's really close to the Rein River and Cathedral. The bed was super comfortable and we had everything was need in the apartment. The city is amazing, full of history, culture and a beautiful energy.

Great location for a start. 10 minutes or so walk to the Cathedral area. Check in easy enough with very friendly staff. Room a good size with decent facilities, microwave, hob, fridge, kettle etc. Television has English speaking as well as German channels. Shower had great temperature and pressure. Didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment but you can go and top up your water bottle for free anytime you want. Supermarket two minutes walk ( if that ) from the hotel which is well stocked with everything you will need.

The hotel is spacious, which means there are plenty of tourists staying here. It has a convenient location close to the city center, and there’s a large store nearby. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The lobby offers 24/7 access to tea and coffee, which is a nice touch. The room matched the photos perfectly, meeting all expectations.

We had an apartment for 3 people. It was spacious when compared to other apartments and had multiple storage cabinets for our clothes and a good sized wardrobe. The bed was comfortable even the extra bed. Modern and well equipped. The location was perfect - in the middle of everything be it bars, restaurants, Christmas markets and landmarks. We also had the option to go to their lobby for water or any hot drinks such as coffee, hot chocolate and a variety of herbal teas. They offered luggage storage facilities and we could also have our towels changed just by going to the reception. Extremely satisfied
